Counseling Services are provided utilizing techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Temperament Therapy, and other modalities to individuals and familieds in crisis related and not limited to:​

• Anxiety & stress

• Deliverance for Demonization issues

• Depression

• Fear 

• Inner healing 

• Unforgiveness

• Relational issues

• Shame

• Teen high risk behaviors

• Other areas as identified and needed!

Individual Counseling: $120/hr

Couples Counseling: $160 per 1 & 1/2 hour

Inner Healing and Deliverance: $300 per 3hr intensive

Respite For Change is prepared to introduce the following services to families in crisis situations with at risk young women from the ages of 13 to 25:

• Counseling to both parent and teen to facilitate healthy coping skills while in crisis

• Mentoring to both parent and teen 

• Life Coaching​​

• Provide assistance in finding temporary place of safety for the teen during volatile phases in the home to give respite to the parent

• Provide a community for ministry to those at risk of running away to be nurtured back to wholeness, with the ultimate goal of restoration to the family

Other services offered by Respite For Change include teaching, training, and mentoring in the following areas:​

• Infidelity Reconciliation Counseling: Marriages can get healed from adultery through the ministry of reconciliation and forgiveness

• Spiritual Warfare

• Learn your unique communication style and how you process communication from others

• Learn to identity and demolish abnormal cycles in your life and family

• Consultation and care planning for those who have dropped out of school and are interested in continuing their education to acquire a diploma or certificate
